Booking Policies
1. Appointments & Late Arrivals
All services are by appointment only.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If you are running late, please communicate with us. Arriving late without communication may be considered a no-show.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. All cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled or rescheduled again, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new 30% deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new 30% deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
3. Refunds & Product Returns
All service and product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or health conditions before your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition (such as a rash, infection, or fever), please reschedule.
5. Liability
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about allergies, medications, skin conditions, and other relevant health information before their appointment and for following aftercare instructions provided by LaBelle Skin.
